What I'm Loving Wednesday: Gift Edition

Time has a way of getting away from these days! I want to share a few of my favorite gifts for What I'm Loving Wednesday. All of these gifts are special to me and thought you might want one too. Christmas seems like a distant memory but all of these would make a perfect gift any day of the year.

Brookstone Side Sleeping Pillow: I have always been a bit skeptical about expensive pillows. How much difference could it really make? Well, I am here to tell you that it makes a world of difference! Carl selected this pillow for me and it is just amazing. I have been sleeping on my left side since it was recommended during my first pregnancy. Now, it's the only way that I can sleep.  My first few nights with this pillow were not fabulous but after a week - I am a fan! You can buy these at Bed Bath and Beyond so take your coupon.

Penzey's Spices: One of my friends has mentioned her love of Penzey's spices to me several years ago. My parents bought me a set of spices for Christmas. I love them! The spices are fragrant, vibrant giving even the most mundane meals that extra zip of flavor. Carl is a fan of the Mural of Flavor on everything from pork to potatoes. Evie and I are infatuated with the cinnamon. It takes a bowl of oatmeal or a piece of toast to a whole new level.

Pampered Chef Pan: Have you seen this awesome pan? Carl's parents gifted it to me for Christmas. It makes the most delicious cornbread and brownies because every piece is a corner piece. Henry and Evie like eating the perfectly formed rectangles of goodness that pop out of the pan. Pampered Chef always has superb kitchen products.

Christmas Ornaments: These ornaments are some of my most treasured! My Sister in Law, Lollie, is kind enough to purchase one for me every year. These  ornaments bring back such sweet memories and are a wonderful way to preserve birth announcements and Christmas cards. This picture does not begin to capture the ornament - perhaps because I took the pic with my phone. Both sides of our cards and announcements are represented. Think how special this will be to me as my children get older! You can order these from Beverly Bremer in Atlanta. I have the order form if you'd like one. You have to mail the card so that's why you cannot just click a link to order. I will send you the order form - email me at JenniferNiemeyer@comcast.net and I will get it right to you.

So, there you have it. That's what I am loving on this rainy Wednesday morning!

  3. What a great idea to preserve your Christmas card by making it into an ornament. I will have to keep that one in mind for next year. The shellac can be removed at anytime at the salon. My salon will do it for free. Thanks for stopping by my blog!

  4. Penzeys is the best! I live about an hour from the closest one... and don't get there often... but love it when I do!
